Below are some options for collecting student work (Word documents, PowerPoints, Excel...)
1. Shared OneDrive Folder Create a shared "class folder" in OneDrive and give students edit permissions to upload their work, then post the share link in Clever for students to access.
A few things to know about this method:
It's important that students use unique filenames or they may accidently overwrite another student's work (sharing a folder with all students in this way allows students to potentially view/edit/delete another person's files-instruct students to keep a copy of their uploaded documents on their laptop!).
Tip! Keep your class folder organized by creating subfolders to arrange uploaded work by student, assignment, date, or other criteria. (Open the Class Folder, click New > Folder)
2. Microsoft Form Create a Microsoft Form using the UPLOAD FILE option for students to upload their document(s). Post the share link in Clever for students to access. A few things to know about this method:
Students are not able to see other students' submissions.
Microsoft Forms allows students to upload the following file types: Word, Excel, PPT, PPT, Images, Videos, Audio
